1 Year Checkup

I tool Diesel in for his 1 year check up today. He's 83lbs. The Vet said that he looks great and he's very healthy. She said he is not overweight but she wouldn't want to see anymore weight on him. I told her it's just his winter weight! At least that's the excuse I give my own doctor. lol. So...I am very much looking forward to the nicer weather so we can all get a lot more exercise. I hate to admit it but I am such a wimp when it comes to cold weather.

Funny that is the same excuse that we use around my house. Glad that your boy's yearly checkup was a good one.

Ha ha thats the same excuse I used to my vet!

I bundle right up when we walk in the winter! 2 sweatshirts, a big parka, long johns, snow pants, a big old fur hat, big winter boosts and big warm mitts. It's tiering just putting on all that cloths!

Another poster here referred me to Gibralter Veterinary Hospital. So this was our first visit there. They were really great! And they absolutely LOVED Diesel. The tech was threatening to steal him away while they took him to take blood. LOL So...anyone that raves over my guy gets my approval!
