Need help with a Dalmation

Not sure if this is the right category (please move if not). I received a call from my sister and her husband regarding his sister and her health. They need to get her out of her house, apparently it is a disaster, but she won't leave without the animals or a placement. She is down to one cat which my sister will take and a 9-12 year old Dalmation (sex unknown at this time) She has asked me to see if I can assist in anyway so I am reaching out for help or suggestions. The dog is in NW Indiana. It is also likely the dog has had little if any training and is probably not well cared for. I can't take the dog here with Max and Patton's demeanor towards other animals so am looking for alternatives.

Thanks for reading and any help you might be.

I once found a dalmation, well ok I didn't find was being abused and neglected and I found a wonderful Dalmation Rescue Group that took her within 2 days and I'm in Illinois....they even came and picked her up. Do a search on the web for dalmation rescue groups and call them..they will help!!
