Swimming in winter

Sunday's weather is calling for sunny and 60. I'd love to take my boy to swim in the lake/pond. Do you think with it being 60 that it would still be to cold?

Are you aking if the air temp is to cold or if the water temp will be to cold?

Where do you live?

I was asking if the water temp would be to cold. The air temp will be around 60. I live in Oklahoma.

Last year I let my guy go swimming at the lake once the ice melted. He didn't seem to mind it.

I would think it would be fine.

Where I live, it gets cold. My dog has gladly swam(with no encouragement from me.) when the air temp is in the 30's, as long as the lake isn't already frozen over. {Colder than the mid 30's and I just keep her away from the water to keep her out of it.}

Where you are, I'm sure the water is much warmer. I would just let your dog be the judge. If he acts like he isn't having a good time, it may be colder than he is comfortable with.
