Does your dog have a "spot" that scratching makes them sleepy?

Not a spot you scratch that makes their hind legs kick. A spot that relaxes them and makes them fall asleep.

Sage's spot is right below his elbow down to his pasterns... his "inner forearm"

Either leg works. He will relax right away and be asleep in about a minute.

My other dog has one... I have yet to find if Bailey does... I sure hope he has one! I'll use that to my advantage!

Yes, right between the eyes. Hubby did this once when Wolfie was standing and he fell asleep and fell down. LOL

Sage has that same "sleepy spot" between her eyes. If you rub it, she closes her eyes and gets all jello-y.

Max does... He likes his inner thigh rubbed. He will literally fall asleep standing up

Nero loves his ears rubbed, and his head will drop really slowly and his eyes will start to close. He also likes the bridge of his muzzle stroked up between his eyes.

Nero looks at me with eyes of love, he thinks Im far to wonderful to criticise or judge

I just found out something funny about Wolf. Don't know if it makes him sleepy, but at night, when he is laying on the bed with me, if I scratch him on his chest right under his chin, he will lick me sort of lazy like. He is NOT a kisser!
