Feeding Issues???

Raider is the new member of our family and is a 3 month old GSD. He joined Lulu a 8 year old English Bulldog and Athena a 4 year old Australian Shepherd. Since we have brought Raider home the girls have waited to eat until well after he finished. Some times Athena will not eat at all if he is around. As with most puppies Raider will eat anything they leave unattended. We have tried feeding Raider first and moving his food to a different location but the problem persists. I just want my girls to eat their dinners.

I always recommend either crating or having some sort of physical barrier between dogs at feeding time so they don't have to worry about eating in peace.
