new puppy coming home

Next thursday Im driving 2 hours to meet my breeder. To pick up my pup he will be 10 weeks old. We bought our other GS from the same breeder 7 years ago. So this pup will have the same father as the older GS. Im so excited!!! I will take tons of pics.

So exciting! Hope he/she doesn't cry too much on the way home. Just did the same 2 weeks ago but only had a half hour drive with our baby.

Just wondering, how old is the father now to have had a litter 7 years ago as well?

Im not sure how old the father is, I do know that she has only used him as a stud 3 times with this breeding being the last. When we bought our first GS from her we waited a few years till she used him as a stud. His IS what a GS should be.

When we brought Damian home, it was a 3 hour drive and he slept right on my center console underneath my arm.

Ok, after reviewing the picture, I guess he slowly edged his way off of the console.

Bringing a new puppy home is always exciting. Thankfully if they do cry they usually end up sleeping at least part of the trip. I hope you have fun and take lots of pictures!

Ok just a couple more days. LOL Batt is fully charged in the camera. Bought all the supplies needed for a new pup. Didnt have to buy much since my little Coton dog has alot of "stuff" all ready. LOL Im thinking of taking the truck instead of the car. The breeder is given me a XL airline approved crete. So I was thinking of throwing that in the back of the truck.
