Is this practical as a "pool" for the dogs?

We want to get the guys a pool this summer. Not the regular kiddie pool, but something nicer and sturdier. We have seen these huge blue ones in the outdoor area at a TSC located approx a half hour from home. I thought it was larger than 8 feet, and deeper than 2, but perhaps it just looked bigger in person. This is the correct price, so I suspect this is it.

I have no idea how we would transport it home. It's VERY heavy duty.

How much would this thing cost to fill at 625g? Consider we'd probably fill it 3/4 full or so. I'm wondering with that amount of water, if it's practical to drain and refill it regularly enough to keep it clean. Would the dogs be able to safely get in/out or should we factor in building some kind of ramp?
