What are acceptable %'s for calcium & phosphorous

When looking at the calcium and phospherous levels in dog foods, what are the highest levels that are still within the guidelines for our puppies?
I was looking at Natural Balance Ultra Premium. The phosphorous level is 1.19% and the calcium is 1.6%. Would this be a good food for a 6 month old pup?

Zena, GSD, the shelter dog
Snacks, the shelter cat.
