What and how much can I add to kibble?

Reading the board I see all kinds of options. Our boy Louie is a bit of a finicky eater in that he pretty much ignores his first 2 meals of the day and then scarfs down his dinner. We feed him on a regular schedule at 7, 12, and 6 but the 6pm meal is the only one he really seems to have an appetite for. This morning I added a little bit of shredded cheese and that actually perked his interest and got him eating.

I guess my question is what can I add to his kibble to perk his interest that would be good for him. Yogurt seems like a good option but isn't that high in calcium? I hear baby food, is there any type or flavor that I should get? So any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Also how much should I add? Is mixing in a little wet food a good idea?

He is currently eating Pinnacle Duck and Potato and is 10 weeks old.

We add in Nurpo joint supplement. Not only is it great for the dog, but I think it gets them to eat the food more. Also, we add in yogurt once and a while to the dog's food. You could also try a dab of peanut butter and mix it in so the dog can't eat around it. Try natural peanut butter.

Here's what I add:

Fresh chicken (white meat)
Canned sardines (1 at a time)
Canned salmon
Hard boiled eggs or raw eggs or scrambled eggs
Fresh cooked fish (if I've got some extra)
Plain yogurt
Low fat cottage cheese
High quality, all natural canned food
Preprepared raw food
