Feeding puppy food

Hello my little one is 15 weeks old she had issues with diarrhea. Switched her to totw high Prairie puppy food. When should I switch to the adult version? Even though the label reads all life stages on all the products for the most part.(including her puppy food). Great product by the way. Really shiny and soft coat nice weight with good energy.

All of my dogs were adopted between the ages of 7 months and a year - I’ve never fed puppy food.

If I were to it again raising a baby puppy, and not feed raw... I’d switch at 4 or 6 months.
