Thank you for the ingredient list WIBP!

Cotecnica Maxima would be my choice, but not b/c of not having grains.

It's because this company NAMES most of their ingredients. UN-Named ingredients could be anything!

The USA has many dog food choices but other countries do not. So you need to choose the best food that is available to you and one you can afford. Are there any other puppy kibbles available to you?

When choosing a food it is very important to know what ingredients are in the food you are feeding.

ROYAL CANIN MAXI JUNIOR: Composition
Rice, dehydrated poultry protein (WHAT Poultry???), dehydrated pork protein*, maize flour, animal fats (WHAT Animal??? This could be ANYTHING!), maize, vegetable protein isolate (WHAT is the protein from?), wheat flour, hydrolysed animal proteins (This one is the worst! WHAT ANIMAL?), beet pulp, maize gluten, minerals, vegetable fibres, soya oil, fish oil (WHAT fish?), fructo-oligosaccharides (0,34%), psyllium husks and seeds, hydrolysed yeast (source of mannan-oligo-saccharides: 0,05%), marigold extract (source of lutein), hydrolysed crustaceans (WHICH ones?)(source of glucosamine), hydrolysed cartilage (FROM WHAT Animal?) (source of chondroitin). Cude ash: 7.2%. Crude fibre: 2.5%. Crude oil fats: 16%. Moisture: 0%. Protein: 30%.

Additives
Vitamin A: 16000 IU, Vitamin D3: 1000 IU, E1 (Iron): 46 mg, E2 (Iodine): 4,6 mg, E4 (Copper): 14 mg, E5 (Manganese): 59 mg, E6 (Zinc): 178 mg, E8 (Selenium): 0,08 mg - Technological additives: Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin 10g: (contains at least 80 % clinoptilolite hydrated calcium aluminosilicate (CAS) Which is naturally occurring silicate clay) and a maximum of 20 % clay minerals. -
Preservatives (I'm hoping this is not Ethoxyquin, BHA or BHT!) - Antioxidants (which ones?).

COTECNICA MAXI JUNIOR:
Composition: Fresh chicken and turkey (50% min. before extrusion);dehydrated meat (WHAT Meat? This could by ANYTHING!); tapioca; poultry fat (WHAT Poultry was used?); dehydrated fish (anchovy, horse mackerel and mackerel); potato starch; dehydrated egg; citrus; apple; carob pods (these are similar to Coco beans); chicken digest; fish oil (WHAT Fish?); brewer's yeast; beet pulp; alfalfa; sodium chloride; potassium chloride; fructooligosaccharides (FOS); yeast extract (MOS); seaweed; glucosamine; chondroitin; vegetable extracts (citrus and rosemary); yucca schidigera; plants (thyme, chamomile, fennel and echinacea)

I love how you put that edit in there, and exactly my mindset if I don't know what it is why feed your pet it and if it's a "dehydrated meat" mystery meat I wouldn't normal purchase a bag of random "dehydrated meat" and feed it to my pup lol
