Canidae for our new pup?

We pick up our female pup in about 4 weeks and I'm wondering if any of you feed Canidae to your pup or adult Shepherd? We've been feeding it to our Lab for her entire 6.5 years and she's always been very healthy, has a beautiful coat, etc. I hope to feed it to our new pup as well, for simplicity sake. Have any of you had bad experiences with it? The breeder feeds Mom and Dad Kirkland Signature (Costco home brand). I know nothing about that food though and suspect it might just be re-labeled Purina or something similar that's garbage?

Which Canidae kibble? Some will have too much calcium for a large breed growing puppy.

I think Canidae, Costco/Kirkland are both Diamond products and Diamond seems to have a fair amount of recalls.

We used to feed Canidae but switched to Origen and a variety of toppers as Havoc started to refuse it. I was not aware that it was made or shared plants with Diamond but Nigel is correct that both Canidae and Costco are affiliated with Diamond and there have been a number of recalls.

Havoc thrives on Origen.

I feed a few foods and Canidae ALS is one of them. Both of my dogs seem to do well on it. I started feeding it to Ranger at about 9 months. I don't know about giving it to a puppy younger than that.

Canidae ALS is fine to feed a large breed puppy.

The grain free "Pure" varieties aren't though as the calcium % is too high.
