11 week old pup suddenly not eating

Hello. We have had our 11 week old pup for 3 weeks now and he has been ecstatic to eat every time we feed him, and then scarfs it all down. Then today he is acting as usual when i fed him but he will not eat! He is playing around all normal, everything else seems normal poop and all. Any help on what might be going on? could he be teething already?

Thank you

If all else is well, he may just be bored with it, one of ours was like this. She would check it out and then decide she'd rather play. What are you feeding and how much?

Thank you for your response. Currently feeding him Dry Iams ProActive mixed with a little bit of Science Diet puppy food the vet gave us. I feed him 1 cup 3 times a day. Planning on switching him to Costco Kirkland puppy formula (because i read it is "highly recommended"

Try using a topping on the kibble. We've used canned, cottage cheese, plain yogurt etc.. This worked with ours. Check out dog food advisor while making your selection of DF, lots of good info, here's a link. Dog Food Reviews and Ratings | Dog Food Advisor

If you have any doubts that this is medical, make sure you get to the vet. Puppies can go down hill really fast.

If he's otherwise eating any yummy treat you give him, he may just be a picky eater and that's fine too. Even made a sticky for it ---->https://www.germanshepherds.com/forum...cky-eater.html
