My puppy is underweight

Ive had her for 2 weeks. Shes gonna be 8 weeks in a few days She's been eating fine and is very active, but i dont know how to make her gain weight.
I can see her hip bones when shes standing on all fours.

I have been feeding her royal canine puppy food 3 times a day.

I was thinking if it is ok to feed her bonless chicken with rice and if it is ok to feed her whole milk.

Do you know what she weighs. Has she been to the vet yet?

I think it would greatly help you if you visit the raw feeding forum, but I feed my puppy raw chicken drumsticks and used to feed him chicken necks (before he used to swallow them in 5 seconds)

My first GSD was under weight when we got him. My vet said to feed him 4 to 5 times a day. Until his weight came up.
