extremely sensitive stomach

So Remy is 9 months old and overall healthy, happy, very energetic, good appetite, decent weight. After we rescued him at 4 months he had a bout of giardia, which we treated. We then realized he was allergic to chicken so we switched his food, he is now on BB puppy lamb & rice (has been for several months). It just seems like ANY little thing gives him loose stools... we've eliminated pretty much every kind of treat except the Charlee Bear ones. Eve a few little pieces of hot dog, random treats, possibly peanut butter... all upset his stomach. Is this normal?? Maybe 'normal' isn't the right term but is it a possibility that his tummy is THAT sensitive or would it be something else? And if it is that sensitive is there anything you can do to 'strengthen' his digestive system?

Riley is the same way. He would even throw up the treats they were using in the first training class. I brought my own for them to use. It seems just about anyhting wold give him pudding butt. We started putting enzyems on his food and he has had normal poo ever since. We switched to a different enzyme and his poo was getting loose again. We jsut started using the original ones we tried and he got right back to normal.

I did mention it to a vet and she just said he has a sensitive stomach....

I got pro enzymes online. They didn't work as well as fresh digest. They carry fresh digest at petco, but I got a larger bottle online. Amazon.

I'm not sure what caused it, but after he went to the ortho vet, I also gave him a pill to help with his joints made out of green lipped mussels. Two night in a row he had crazy diarrhea. When a 8 month old puppy that weighs 70 pounds gets diarrhea it's just amazing the mess it makes. Of course it happened in the middle of the night both times. He had issues with loose stool before. We gave him fresh digest and he got better. When we ran out we tried the pro enzymes and he had somewhat loose stool on that...then the green lipped mussel pill really made things worse. The fresh digest got him right back to normal.
