Food options

I was thinking about switching my dog's food. Only options where I live are Merrick, Canidae Pure Foundation and Instinct (Regular instinct not the raw boost).

I am thinking about either Instinct Chicken, Instinct Salmon, or Merrick Lamb. I share with you the links from Mexican petco so that we know which products I am talking about.

He is eating right now the Kirkland (costco brand) food, the grain free version. He does okay on it, stools are so so, not so firm, but good enough to be picked up most of the time (but they are huge), his coat is nice enough, but his mouth has always a terrible smell. The worst from all foods he has been fed before. We also give him beef, liver, sardines and chicken sometimes. He is year and 7 months old.

Would it be better to switch to any of the options previously mentioned? They are withing the same price range and usually on sale between 1000 to 1500 mexican pesos for each wich are between 60 to 80 dollars.

I would avoid the Merrick Lamb. Diets heavy in both lamb and peas has been linked to DCM issues.
