Need a new diet without chicken

I think my pup is allergic to chicken. She had been raw fed since 10 weeks and is now 2.5 years old. I am thinking beef and turkey as protein resources including veggies. Can someone please give me examples of a day or week menu of a raw diet. I have already gotten top round cut into 1 inch steaks. And I have ground beef. What else should I get? What about bone since it's so dense? Any help would be great!!

Fortunately, beef kidney and liver are easy to get at almost any grocery store. I feed turkey necks and duck necks occasionally as a RMB. I also feed pork meat on occasion, as well as a pork organ blend that I get from a supplier.

A dog needs at least 3 different base protein, you can try pork, rabbit, or duck...we do a lot of duck or turkey for bone content.

Not gonna post a week but lol a day for my boy would be like:

(Monday)
Duck wings
Beef Lips
Beef Liver
Sardines
Beef liver
Beef Spleen

(Tuesday)
Chicken paws
Chicken Drumstick
Lamb Tongues
Chicken Liver
Lamb Testicles

Just a quick example....Do you include organs in your diet?

Yes I do. I was doing chicken kidneys but trying to stay away from chicken. Also how much does your boy weigh? How much of those things are you feeding on a daily basis?

My boy weights 78 lbs he gets 2 pounds daily he gets a little bit more than 2% of his body weight cause he is extremely active. and we do Prey Model so our break down is like this:

80% Muscle Meat (1.6 pound)
10% Bone (3.16 oz)
5% Liver (1.6 oz)
5% Organs (1.6 oz)
