Website of nutritional data for grains?

Does anyone know of a website that has accurate nutritional data for grains?

I do incorporate some grains into my dogs' home-cooked diet, but I'd like to compare some of the unusual grains (teff, freekah, spelt, farro, etc.) for their nutritional data and I've found that results can vary from source to source. If I could find one website that had all of the data I'm looking for, at least I'd be confident I was comparing "apple to apples".

How about the USDA database?
https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/

Of course, it relies on some data from manufacturers, so database accuracy depends on the accuracy of inputs received for branded products. I think it also incorporates the standardized USDA Food Composition Databases. Data can be downloaded in CSV form if you keep spreadsheets, which may make tracking your recipe nutrients a lot easier. It's a very nice source of info on commodities (like grains) though. I believe that it's the source used by a lot of website recipe nutrition generators.
