Teething and tugging

This is my first time dealing with a teething puppy and she's not finished yet but I wanted to ask how to tell if it's okay to start playing tug with her again. I was advised to stop tugging when she started teething so that's what I've done.

The baby teeth haven't all come out but when they have, how long do I wait to start playing again?

I'd wait til pup is about 7 months and then keep it gentle til you are sure all the teeth are in and aligned. Though it depends on the progression, not so much the age. Usually by 8 months pups are finished teething, and the rear molars are in.

No tug until all the adult teeth have come in, and even then, keep it gentle for at least a few weeks.
