Socializing 9 wk pup with my mom's dogs question.

We have our 9 week old male pup home. We are thinking of taking him over to my mom's to meet her dogs. She has 4, 2 boxers a ****zpoo and a corgi. All are nice dogs and get along with others.
I am not sure how to go about this. It will be the first time for Heiko to meet any other dogs. Should he be introduced one at a time? Or maybe to only one? Should they be allowed to play and run around? Etc.
I just want to make sure to do this right and not overwhelm him or scare him and cause a bad, everlasting experience.
Advice please and thanks.

PS. All of her dogs are up to date with vaccinations.

I would introduce one at a time... on lead. Pack mentality can take over when you have a pup coming into their home.

Do this in an open area outside if the weather permits. Boxers are quite exuberant so I would be really careful with a young pup like yours.
It also depends on how obedient and under control your mom's dogs are.
Let your pup be your guide. Hope they will all be friends.

whenever I bring in a new puppy or introduce to families dogs,,I make sure I am carrying that puppy, and sit with it in my lap just to be on the safe side until I've gotten a feel for how the others are going to react. I'd start with one at a time, first one ok, bring out the second, and so on..

Thanks for the tips. We introduced one at a time while being right on ground with the dogs to make sure all went well.
The boxers are still young and a little hyper, so we opted to not let the pup run and play with them yet. We let him play with the smaller dogs and he had a blast.
Even stopped by my aunts and introduced him to her 3 labs, one at a time, kept all on leashes, and all was well.
Thanks again.
