Too small?

My puppy is 37 lbs. at 17 weeks? Did anyone have a puppy at this age that size who is now full grown? Just curious how big he will be... Either way we love him but are excited to see how he will look as he gets older? We were wondering if that was small for his age?

My pup is about over 25-30lbs at 14 weeks (not sure exactly the weight, but will have him weighed at the vet on Sept. 26)

Ehhh I wouldn't worry about it too much. My pup was always way under standard for his age during his early puppy months in comparison to other members here (there is a thread where you post your dog's age and weight). But somewhere around 7 months he hit a growth spur and did not look back. He is now around 75 pounds at 11 months.

Sounds like your pup is right on target growth-wise. Slow growth is better for their bones and joints, so don't think you need to stuff food or supplements down him--he will get to a good size in good time.

That's not small!

My pup was 31 lbs at 16 weeks and 40 at 19 weeks. She's on the smaller side, long & lean, so I think yours is average to big.
