Puppy Speed?

I have a 9 month old named Bella. And idk she still runs kind of slow I feel. And sideways? When she runs around in the dog park with other dogs she is one of the slowest which is crazy to me since she is a pure bred working line. I know its bc shes is a puppy but I was just wondering. When is she going to reach that mature peak where she will become her fastest?

She should be able to run pretty fast at 9 months. Maybe a little goofy because she's still growing, but she should still be fast.

Is she showing any signs of pain? Slow to get up? Slow to go down stairs? Anything like that? Not saying HD or ED, but Pano usually shows up around that time. Pano will definitely slow a dog down.

a dog that runs sideways is handicapped by its conformation . Let's see a picture or video .
