Question Growing puppy

My baby was born in December of 2010. She is very playful and protective. Both of her parents were "normal size" but she seems to not be growing as much. She used to be thin but has put some weight on. She's still not as big as her littermates or at least pictures I have seen. Anyone have any idea why? And if she'll ever grow. Her vet says she is completely healthy.

My Cheyenne was born in December of 2010 and is considered on the "larger" scale for females. Her mother was a standard female size but her father was HUGE! Anyway...she appears to be about the same as yours. How much does your weigh?
