Teething - Extra Tooth?

Gracie, almost 17 weeks, seems to be teething. I opened up her mouth to check how things were progressing today. Much to my surprise, I saw a tooth coming in behind another tooth. It is in her front bottom row. Needless to say, I am concerned. Is this normal? If not, what can be done about it?

Is it an adult tooth coming in behind a baby tooth? If so, totally normal. Sometimes the adult tooth is visible before the baby tooth falls out. If it is two adult teeth, then I'm not sure about that.. LOL

Yes, normal. The baby teeth will turn gray and eventually fall out.
