Now this is how you socialize a puppy!

I was going to get a puppy from these people, but decided before they were born to get another Belgian instead. Well, the Belgian puppy never happened, but I sure wish I was still getting one of these guys. Look at the great job they breeders are doing with early socialization. The pups will be 8 weeks old tomorrow. This is their first litter, too, and they've had over 30 inquiries about the puppies last time I asked.

BTW, these are family dogs, not like the Dutchies you get in the US.

Very nice! great to see actual pictures. Many breeders claim to socialize and you just never really know! Theres no doubt here they are getting exposed to EVERYTHING! AWESOME AWESOME!!!!

I asked her if the puppies ever scratch or bite the babies, but they do not.

Carole,

Were you getting another Laekenois? That's the one that fell through?

Re: Now this is how you socialize a puppy!

Yes, I had communication problems with the breeder in Denmark. I had made the plane reservation, but did not get the "pet request" approved for the short commuter segment of the flight in Denmark. The breeder wasn't very helpful at all in suggesting an alternative travel method and just sold the puppy to somebody else. There were other puppies from other breeders, but there was always some reason, either on my end or the breeders' end. No point in rushing it, though. It will happen when it's meant to be.
