Shampoo Recommendations?

Just wondering if anyone has any good dog shampoo recommendations -

We don't bathe Kaiser all that often, but he's been itching a little lately so we gave him a bath yesterday, thinking that possibly it was due to left-over chlorine from his last swimming days of the season.

The shampoo we have is a puppy shampoo but it's almost gone and I was just wondering what other people use.

Re: Shampoo Recommendations?

Johnsons baby shampoo has been great. We also sometimes just hose them off with just water.
Other times it is just what looks cool in a bottle. To many choices over here.

Re: Shampoo Recommendations?

I use baby shampoo (tearless) Aveeno Baby. It is gentle and doesnt have the pesticides.

Re: Shampoo Recommendations?

There are a few I like (this was also discussed further down the board in the showing area if you want to read more responses)

I like all the earthbath products. They are all natural. They smell and clean the dog really well. I have tried the orange peel and tea tree aloe oatmeal.

I also like vet solutions aloe and oatmeal. Suds up nice, is soap free and overall just good.

Another one I use when Penny is itchy is microtek shampoo, designed to help skin irritations but is non medicated. Lathers wells and doesn't irritate any skin issues she might have going on at that time from her allergies.
