Hi all quick question?

Hi everyone I was hoping someone could help me out my neighbor asked me a capstar and I have no knowledge of the pill.

She wanted to know if capstar works like front line and last for a month it if was a one time only thing?

If so when is a good flea preventive?

Thank you all

I have never used it, but it doesn't protect for a month like frontline. If the pet gets re-infected, you can give another pill.

Capstar Official FDA information, side effects and uses.

Amazon had good reviews of the product.

It's a fast quick knock down of fleas but is not like Frontline. You have to kill the flea cycle as well. If there's no crazy flea allergy a Capstar tab will provide relief killing the fleas fast.

I had a terrible flea infestation earlier this year ... ended up having to use Frontline, Comfortis and Capstar (NOT all at once) along with a house spray and had to have my yard sprayed too. Capstar only works for about 24 hours but it really helped since Slider can't take Comfortis.
