Help! How do I save her teeth?

My Dolly is a wonderful dog but is extremely ball and bite/chew driven. She is 20 months now and her teeth are wearing at a rapid pace. I only allow her rubber jolly ball , deer antlers , ropes, and plastic chew bones. What can I do to slow the wear? At this rate her entire front row of teeth including the k9s will be titanium in a year. Help!

I switched to rubber chuckit balls, but I'm not so sure it's helped. Zoey already has one titanium k9 crown, but that was due to injury. I was thinking about having the other three k9s capped if we can afford it. I'm hoping it won't be as much on an otherwise healthy tooth, maybe just the top half to stop the wear, but I don't know if they'll even do this.

I've never been a fan of tennis balls even though she has played with them, it's rare..

Zoey has the same wear on her K9s, but her incisors appear to be ok. We were using an Air Kong, which is just a larger, lighter tennis ball. The chuckit is just rubber, no fuzz, at least the one we've been using.

Interesting thought. I wonder it is worth it knowing it will be needed in the near future?

We only have one place to go locally for crowns and she is partime between Spokane and Longview on the west side of the state. I'm going to see what she thinks next time she here.
