Activity After Spay-It's Going to Be Hard!

Mia & Bella were spayed on Wednesday, did great and were home Wed. evening. Both girls were groggy, but did eat a light dinner. I stayed half awake all night to ensure no bothering of the stitches and they both are pretty good about it. Here is my problem. They both feel fine. They are wrestling "kinda of" dogs and that is all they want to do. I am keeping their activity down but finding I have to either be right with them or put them in separate rooms-which they HATE. I will go back to our daily walks on Saturday, but I have never had such a pair of playful dogs that this is causing me stress! Any words of wisdom?

I always have problems too. I'd really keep an eye on wrestling/tumbling cause that could cause issues.

GENERALLY, I start up normal walks with the dogs within a few days. So it tires them out enough the don't go into the CRAZY zoomies.

Lots of chewy things. A nice big bone.
