Smoked Bone?

Yesterday we bought Meaty Mammoth Bone (from Smokehouse) and it's been roasted for up to 53 hours.

Xargos loves it so much, and even though it doesn't (didn't) splinter, he can chew pieces of it, which all look nice and edible.

I know that cooked bones are dangerous and can splinter. How about these huge roasted bones?

Anyone uses them? What is your feedback?

FYI: we don't leave bones or bully sticks with him when unsurvised or in a crate.

Re: Smoked Bone?

I would not use any cooked or smoked bones. Either can splinter and have no real value for the dogs.

If you want them to have recreational bones, get raw ones from a butcher and use those.

I don't know who makes "Smokehouse" - are they from the USA?
