Feeding guide- accurate or not?

I'm trying to make some adjustments to Bellamy's diet since it doesn't seem to be working well for him at the moment. However, I get so confused with raw feeding so I'm trying to find a guide.
Is this an appropriate guide to follow?

It is a good over view, wish I had it when I first started out raw feeding. I have read some conflicting things when introducing new proteins mentioned in the feeding guide. I believe also you never want to grind the heart.

It's a good starting guide for newbies.
I feed whole prey or large joints of meat on the bone and I'll throw in some organ meat.
