Can't get my Profile Photo to work..

I see it in my profile but I cant seem to see it on any of my messages anyone know?

You have to set the photo as your avatar and it has to fit the specific measurements.

Your profile picture and avatar are two separate things

<--- this is the avatar. Go to User CP on the black menu near the top of the screen and look at the left hand part of the screen. There's a edit avatar button, the picture size is limited to 100x100
