Why is it so small? I did the resize in photo bucket and then pasted the link from photo bucket. Any ideas on how I can make it bigger? Most of the pictures I see you can click on them and you see a larger image.

160 X 104 pixels is the size of your photo, which is small. They have to be at or under 800 X 600 to be posted here, but you are saving yours on photobucket way under that size. If your initial photo is small, and then you shrink it to save it, then that may be what's going on...
RIGHT click on your photo above, then look at the bottom of the window that opens, click on the Properties and the next window that opens shows the pixel size.

Do you think I can change the photo bucket settings so they are not being uploaded at such a small size. I was worried I would have the opposite problem of my photos being to big. Usually when I email people photos they are huge!
