a buddy of mine was taking pictures while we were playing fetch and this one came out the best by far...

That narrow black strip along the top has 'User CP' click on that, then the new strip along the left has 'Edit Avatar'.

My son put a dalmation as my avatar and refused to change it back until I figured out how to post one.
