Your picture is a bit big 1024 x 768.

If you are trying to resize and post, you need to save your picture as a different name. It is Picture036, so resize then do Save as, say Picture036small or Picture036Copy

Thats what i,m trying to work on,not having great results in resizing. not looking foward to snow, loved the 62 deg. weather we had today! Thanks, will try it again.
