Default how notify if an 'urgent' dog can move to 'follow up'?

The 'notify' button is now restricted to notifications due to objectionable content. How can we notify a mod about the happy occasion that a dog has been rescued and the posting can be moved to 'follow up'?
Same for the unhappy situation and the poor souls who lost their lives.
I noticed several threads, incl. one I had started, are still under 'urgent' although the last message stated that the dog is now safe It wouldn't make sense if the mods have to keep checking all threads whether a posting can be moved - a notification option would help.
Thanks.
Sarah

Use the same 'Report Post' notification to contact us. You are right, it's the only option that will get it to us now...

I think you still use that !, give your reason for notification. That is what I was told to do during the changeover if you needed a thread moved.

Yep! I am working and will get to the latest ones hopefully tonight. If my cat lets me type. (she's scary and sitting next to me and has bitten me for typing earlier)

I wonder if we've lost other notifications because people weren't sure that their notification was appropriate/fit the format? Hmmmm...important question?
