did not accept my password

First I used the user name and password provided on the thread here and opened the new site. Then I entered my own user name and password and it will not accept it.

I clicked the 'forgot your password' link (although I do know it) and got an email - but it did not give me a new password.

I have about 20 passwords on many systems at work - but this one has me lost.

Yes - just did. I changed my password earlier to have one easier to remember on the new site. It works here - but could that be why it does not work on the new one?

The test site was created about 10 days ago and does not communicate with the current site. So if you changed it on this site, the test site still uses the old one. I'm guessing you can go to the test site and change it there to be less confusing.

My understanding is that when the site is converted for real, your current password here (that you just changed), should transfer over.

I got to take a look anyway to view the colors etc. I can wait until we go live to check in there again.

You might have had trouble because your user name is now one word instead of two......like mine.....
