Oh this poor soul - needs a good bath, brushing, food and lots of TLC. So many GSD's listed in CA - the 8 year old in the same shelter as this one looks to be in poor shape also .......

 saw stunning 1 year old Impound No: A4228581 after so many pages...I had to stop...it's sickening
