Are Martingales suitable for a puppy? Ours is being shipped to us and I would like to get a collar before she arrives. Just not sure about sizing... 16-20"?

16-20" would be way too large for a baby puppy... assuming your pup is about 8 weeks old, you'd need something like 10-14" to start with. Then you can go up to a 16-20" collar around five months of age or so.

I paid on Sept 4 and still no leash?? I contacted them several times and only after 3rd email said it was hipped on 7th (I do live in Canada) but no tracking/reference number was provided. I will wait 2 more days and ask Paypal to stop payment till seller provides more info. Very dissapointed in the way they operate!!!

I have found shipping to and from Canada can be a real pain in the butt and takes FOREVER.

I have never had a problem with this vendor, have several of his collars and always a positive experience.

To the best of my knowledge, and things could have changed but..., you can not track a package once it crosses a countries border. I've tried to track packages before and they could track them to our border but once they go thru customs they are no longer a part of our USPS. It takes roughly 10 working days to get a package from the US to Canada with standard shipping. With that, 10 days including Saturdays would be the 19th. Without Saturday, would be the 21st.

What do most of you go with, 1" or 3/4" leash? My GSD puppy is strong!
