Looking for particular training methodology

I think I read about it in a thread, here. The name was an acronym, that started with "NI" or maybe "NJ" and revolved around ecollar/correction used in combo with positive rewarding with food, etc. I know, a bit generic, but its driving me nuts, and I really wanted to look at it, but I couldnt find it with a search. Note, it wasn't NILIF.

TIA
Dan

Can't think of any that use an acronym like that. The methodology sounds a lot like Lou Castle though, so that might be someone to check out. I love his ecollar method.
