What color is your dog?

I was just watching Joel Silverman on TV and he said the dog he was training was an orange dog. Looking at a very black dog, I saw that he categories dog by color, like a spectrum. Does anyone know about his method or read his book? If it is nonsense, then I don't want to waste my time.

Well the book has 4.7/5 stars rating on amazon, so he must be doing something right

I read through all the colors on his website and it's pretty much common sense. I think it would be worth reading though. Red are highest drive and energetic and blue is fearful.
