This isn't about punishment, though.
Never once did mention anything of that in this topic.
I do think it is a good video, showing what I thought was on topic, no "attitude" in training and raising dogs, just neutrality... show the dog everything is cool. and isn't that common to show a growing dog "no big deal"?
Not sure what the food has to do with it, common to use food, isn't it?
I see no upset dogs, no angry handling, no compulsion, no avoidance; in fact, I see very nicely trained dogs to follow commands with no attitude on either side. But still keeping it interesting and fun for the dog. He does in fact say, "keep it fun, ... end the session on a good note"

Carmen has a good point about the yaking, go to the park and see how many people are always saying something to their dogs, names, recall, sits, whatever. At training, can tell why some dogs don't listen to certain handlers, "Fido, stay, stay, stay, stay, stay, focus. Fido, no stay, stay, no focus, FOCUS"

With my Lacy, I'll whisper, "ding..ding..ding..ding.." when he's made the correct choice. Sometimes I'm concerned (with this dog) what will come out of my mouth will be more like "OH FOR HEAVENS SAKE IT TOOK YOU LONG ENOUGH!" So whispering, "ding..ding..ding..ding.." works for both of us!
