Happy Friday
Summer is right around the corner and this will be the first summer with my dogs I have tons of stuff planned out like camping, river, hiking... etc and so far both Schatzi and Cudi are good on leash with obidience. However, off leash Schatzi is not as good. I don't trust her off leash, because she gets distracted too easy. I know if she is ditracted and I call her she will blow off the recall. I want to master the off leash recall and for her to wait when she is off leash before the summer gets here. If you guys have any advice and methods you used on how to master it I would really appriciate it. I tried searching here on the forum but couldn't find anything. If you have any links to other posts and/or videos it would be awesome! Thanks A Lot

Since I start off leash training when my pups are 8 weeks old and have to be with me or there world will end (their mindset, not mine) you are behind the training when you wait until they are older then 6 months and their independence kicks in (see ya mom!!!) without the previous months of off leash activities involved.
Is she great off leash in dog class? Have you been able to get her thru all that from across the room and with those distractions? What does your instructor recommend?
