Aspen thinks he lucked out today....

We went to training and decided that I wasnt going to work him. We did socialization and I started with running a track 1st thing. He did good and we are learning to Down at an article. After that I normally work in OB but decided to try and get other people to play with him.

This is where I need help. He plays with me and my immedate family/friends...but at training he doesnt want anyone but me. So, I handed him off to another person and she tried to engage him. She walked him, etc. I got him started on teh flirt pole and tried to hand it off to someone else...but....as soon as I handed to pole off when he bit...he spit it out...ugh!

Then, since I was socializing him, he was out during protection, which he was remoed from when he started barking at people for no reason. We've made huge improvements, but today he fired up during protection. The trainer told me to allow it...as long as it was ONLY during protection and he behaves everywhere else. So far so good.

At the end of the day, we let all the pups free to run and play. Now he is konked out on the couch next to me. Little does he know, when the sun starts to set, he will be outside working OB...heehee
