Trainer/class recommendation for Portland?
Hi, can anyone recommend a good obedience trainer in the Portland metro area? I'd prefer an independent trainer and not some corporation who hires many trainers and pays them all minimum wage. Preferably positive reinforcement. I'm currently taking a puppy kindergarten class with Buck at PetSmart. Big mistake, but it was the only class I could afford at the time and it started right away - which I needed for Buck (to get him socialized right away). I'd like to try the S.T.A.R. puppy program, eventually get our CGC certificate and just have the most well-behaved, obedient and stellar dog out there.
