Default How do you track your training progress?

Spreadsheet? Journal?

I was thinking of making an application to do such.. maybe also vet records, and who knows what else. I know there are some out there, but I've yet to find one that did everything I wanted.

Thoughts? Any "Would be nice if I had something to xxx"?

What I did would be web based, and probably mobile app based

I have a journal (sketch pad) that I keep in my bag.

How many paces overall, how many articles (paces to the articles as well), a rough sketch, what obstacles we worked through, etc.

I also then go back to it after we worked it and jot down which areas we had a hard time on and which ones he excelled at and why I think we did both good and bad in those areas.

It's rough but I can read it and understand it so that's all that really matters to me.

Here's a link to another board where we talked about the same thing and one member had an excellent journal/log.

So me personally... I would lose anything not safeguarded in the ether of cyberspace lol

So me as a computer guy, I would say, I could make an application that used the gps in your phone to track the track, and the accelerometer to track the paces. Pictures could also easily be taken and associated with that days event, as could whatever notes, voice recording, video, etc.
