Default Advice Please_Trainer for GSD pup 14 weeks in Lexington, KY

Hello all.

I am looking for an individual trainer for my 14 week old pup that is familiar with the breed. I am doing puppy classes once a week, and we will continue to Obedience 1 after that.

So, 2 questions:

1) Would an individual trainer and the weekly classes be too much? He's an active pup, and of course, smart, so he gets bored easily, and I want to keep him occupied.

2) Can you recommend any trainer in the Lexington, KY and surrounding areas for individual training? (That knows the breed)

This thread has some suggestions for trainers in your area if it isn't too far Trying to find a good trainer/club in South Central Kentucky/Northern Tennessee

I think it may be too much with both classes and trainer. This thread has some ideas for a bored puppy: Puppy gets bored FAST
