Default Age for tug

I stopped playing tug with my puppy when he started teething and was hoping to get some opinions about what to look for to start again. All the baby teeth are out and have been for a couple of weeks. The upper k9s look like they have a little more to grow but are almost there. He will be 6 months next week. Hope I gave enough info for some good opinions.

I never stop playing tug, 8 weeks or 8 months. Obviously you don't let your 8 week old puppy hang or play to rough.

I think you're fine to start tugging! I went a little easy on tug during teething, but overall I let the dog decide... If his mouth is sore, I don't think he's going to want to tug much, or very hard! If he wanted to, it was ok by me.
