Use a clicker and break it down into steps.

The first thing I taught him was how to simply walk under my legs. Next I taught him how to go under and to one side. Then how to make a circle around one leg. Once he learned to do it separately on each leg, I put them together.

You need LOTS of tiny treats that are really yummy and rarely used! It took about 2 weeks to get him to do the stuff in the video.
