Potty training in the rain!

I have noticed with my sisters dog (beagle) he is fine with the rain, he is the only dog that will go outside in the rain. I think this is because when he was a puppy she would put him in the bath (with the shower head on) and wash him that way. Ever since then hes been fine with the rain.

I have been loving the showers we've been getting - he seems to hate it so there's less dilly dallying. He poop, he pees, he's headed back to the door.
